New group swimming session for adults starting January 2025.

If you are able to swim a minimum of 100m and would like to improve your swimming in a supportive group environment, we will be addressing the key fundamentals of efficient movement, whilst repeating them…to get Technique SwimFit.

Making you a complete swimmer we will be exploring and improving all strokes.

£13 per session,  booked in half term blocks.
